Great news: The crop traits of the 1000Farms protocols used for data collection have been extracted and integrated into the Crop Ontology for Bean, Cassava, Cowpea, Groundnut, Maize, Pearl millet, Potato, Sorghum! 
Most of the names of the scientists who contributed to the protocols were added in the Trait Dictionary, in the online banner of the species-specific ontology and will be added in the ontology citation. If your name is missing, please let us know!
Now, harmonisation of trait data and queries is possible between breeding databases and ClimMob using the Crop ontology thus enabling the linkage of the data. If you have questions, please post an answer or contact the team!
